really getting into the swing of things , think i just need to have a little more confidence in myself in knowing i can get through this level . im sure it shall come in time . i really enjoyed getting the ball rolling on my presantation . putting pen to paper about communication barriers and confidentiality , im sure all the hard work is still to come !!!!!!!!
