	Read about our latest vacancies….. Contact Centre Vacancies Remploy are working closely with an Agency on the following vacancies The role as contact advisor working on Non Emergency calls. You will have Customer Service experience, and you will also have some previous call handling experience, dealing with incoming calls from individuals who have various concerns, problems, require advice/support but are non emergency (non 999 calls) You will have excellent people skills, be confident, polite, understanding etc. Please note, successful candidates will go via assessment centre, all roles are temp-perm, Sat&Sun only 16 hours. You could be based at wither Newburn, Scotswood or Hebburn Please note that these are for Work Choice Eligible customers only….please speak with Remploy to confirm if you’re customer is Eligible.
